See the August 2012 Hemmings Muscle Machines for their complete "Auction Action" descriptions. According to HMM's David Traver Adolphus about this one: "How does a 440-6 Road Runner sell for $26,000? By being, originally, a 383/300 w a vinyl roof." ..."You can't say it wasn't eye-grabbing, and Air Grabbing, for that matter."

Didn't matter to me - this was still one of my favorite vehicles at the Mecum Houston 2012 Auction. Lot S38
