Below: A recent submittal from a TACHREV.COM surfer. "Hello Frank - I have attached 3 pictures that you might want to include in the TransAm Tragedies section. This is a Tragedy if I ever saw one!" "Here are the details: This is a 1979 TransAm."

"Hello Frank - I have attached 3 pictures that you might want to include in the TransAm Tragedies section. This is a Tragedy if I ever saw one!"
"Here are the details: This is a 1979 TransAm."
(ABOVE) "It was stolen and later dumped in a creek. The local Police fished it out, impounded it, and sold it at auction."
(ABOVE) "It is a complete car, nothing missing. The body is in excellent shape, only some surface rust and a dented fender."
(ABOVE) "Obviously the interior is completely ruined. It has the Pontiac 400 and is a 4 speed car. It also has the WS6 wheels and disk brake rear end."
"The junk yard dealer will not sell any parts, got to buy the whole car. The price is $1000, non-negotiable!"
"I have enjoyed your web site. I am also the proud owner of 2 1971 Formulas." "Enjoy the pics!" "Hugh"
Thanks for the kind words Hugh, and a big thanks for sharing your Trans Am find with us all...
Hugh will be sending info about his Formulas in the future and they'll be posted on the TACHREV.COM website.
